FAQ

Living Together Blog FAQs

We developed this FAQ page to answer the most commonly asked questions about us and our website / blog.

Why did you put up this blog?

Althea is a big fan of blogging. She has been blogging since 1998 and has authored more than 10 blogs to date (some had gone kaput). We also want our blog to be an avenue for our relatives and friends to know what’s going on in our lives. Besides, blogging is the latest craze in town and almost everyone is into it!

Why “Living Together Blog” ?

Some people find it bizarre that we named this blog “Living Together Blog” when it’s obvious that, as a happily married couple, we are living together! We actually started this blog when we were just living together before marriage to document our activities. Since we are both techno-savvy, we thought that the Internet is the most convenient medium to express ourselves. Since then, this blog has undergone several renovations and survived two crashes (sadly we couldn’t retrieve our old posts that were deleted). So yes, this is our conjugal blog.

What do you blog about?

We write about things that interest us, our life, places we’ve been to, gadgets, books that we read, etc.

What do you do when you are not blogging?

We read books, visit local tourist spots, watch movies, have our voice lessons once a week, go to the gym every other day, and just lounge around the house.

Can I contribute an article to your blog?

As long as the article is wholesome and family-oriented, why not? We also welcome posts from friends and relatives.

How do I keep track of your posts?

Stay updated by subscribing to our RSS Feed or to our weekly newsletter. Simply enter your e-mail in the subscription box and start receiving our future posts in your email.

Can I copy and republish your posts on my own blog or other publication?

While it’s flattering to know that someone actually wants to copy and republish our content, the general rule is we don’t allow it. However, with our express permission, you may quote some parts of it and link the rest to our blog.

We notice from one of your posts that you were able to unlock the iPhone. Can you help me unlock mine?

We received more than 500 emails from people asking us to unlock their iPhones for them, even for a fee. As much as we want to help you, our schedule won’t allow us to do it. The good news is, you can find several sites online that focus solely on unlocking the iPhone.

Note: We will continue to update this page as questions arise from readers.
