I’m always amazed at people who have tips and tricks to open a bottle of beer with a flick of a finger or turn an egg into a chick in a second. My husband and I are big fans of Life Hacker because of some neat DIYs and How-tos that make our married life easier. In this Internet age, people are so used to instant gratification (instant coffee, instant noodles, fast food, express delivery, e-mail, SMS, etc.) and would rather finish everything ASAP. This is also true when folding shirts.

A few years ago, I learned a really cool trick of folding T-shirts in a flash from Martha. I got hooked doing it that I ended up teaching my roommate this amazing trick. We’d do it over and over again until we ran out of shirts of fold! Aside from the simple pleasure that we derive from it, it was also instrumental in keeping our closets organized for months.

This trick is useful for those who are always on-the-go and for stay-at-home moms.

Here are two videos that will teach you how to do it. The second video includes an explanation.
